If you've won a draw, you will be able to find out by coming to the site and seeing if your postcode has come up for that particular draw. If you have won, fill in the claim form that will automatically appear. You will then be transferred your winnings within a few days.
You will be automatically entered into the main Weekly draw, however for any additional draws you would like to participate in - you will need to do so yourself.
We store your username, postcode, email address and securely encrypted & hashed password (we can't see it!) in highly secure data centres. Your details are completely safe with us, and we'll never share them with anyone else.
Weekly Postcode Lottery is free because we run adverts throughout the website, which in turn generates the prize pool.
If you are a draw winner, you must claim within 7 days of your postcode being announced.
The prize will be split between the amount of users with the same postcode.
You are only allowed to enter with one postcode and email address. Weekly Postcode Lottery reserves the right to remove members from the prize draws if they are found to be breaking this rule.
You can manage all of your account preferences, including email subscriptions & deleting your account from the My Account page, accessed by clicking your username at the top of the page in the menu.
Yes, you can unsubscribe from any of the emails through the My Account page or using the "Manage Preferences" link at the bottom of each email we send you.
